I WAS A PATIENT WITH DEDICATED SENIOR FOR JUST A YEAR. ON MAY 29, 2024, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM TELLING ME TO REMOVE THEM AS MY PCP BECAUSE I'M NOT FOLLOWING THEIR PROCESS, WHICH I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THAT PROCESS WAS. I AM A HEALTHY PERSON AND ONLY GO TO THE DOCTOR ONCE A YEAR FOR MY PHYSICAL. THEY WANTED ME TO COME EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS FOR NO REASON.
