I used to go to Dedicated Senior Care. Now that it is Center Well, I have not been seen as they have rescheduled my appointment 3 times, even on the day of the appointment today. After confirming my appointment last week. I understand things happen but three times. I will be looking for another place to see a doctor. And will let my insurance know the reason for the change. Disappointed!
My previous review was for Dedicated Senior over a year ago. CenterWell responding to THAT review is entirely misleading. - since CenterWell has been in charge there is a marked change in service. I am presently looking for a new doctor. I called 3 weeks ago with what turned out to be the flu A. I was told I couldn't be seen for at least two weeks and recommended to go to urgent care. The doctor said they wouldn't even recommend anything to take. Front desk is still friendly but apparently the new doctor staff is lacking.
I have now had my appointment rescheduled at least 4 times, I have no clue why they even think to say they have same day appointments and they don't have same month appointments. I am not happy with the poor service we have received it's really sad being a senior and being ignored by professionals
Dr Baty the best. I’m so sad she's leaving hopefully I will have the same relationship with my new doc..,
