Loved my Primary and hated everything else having to do with ChinMed. They have 1 cardiologist and she's in Miami, they have "Dr Mark" who's a PA in Clearwater. I almost died twice due to Dedicateds neglect. Be careful and do your research before choosing Dedicated for your health.
Excellent care and great response when you need assistance
My rating is a five because I am fortunate to of met Dr. Jessica Kaczar. She is A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! Jessica treats you like s family she is caring for. My doctor has a great assistant, Rebecca who takes the time to get my medical information for the doctor. Monique is at the front desk and she is the Best person to be there because she knows her job and than some. Thank You ladies much Love ❤️
I used to love this place but things have changed alot. Ever since they changed me to a different nurse practitioner I am very unhappy. For over a month I have been trying to get a bipap machine from a new provider and I feel like I am getting no help from dedicated to make this happen. I have told them many times over the last month how time sensitive this is for me since my old equipment has to go back to my old provider. I have now run out of time.
