Dedicated Roofing & Exteriors did not finish my hailstorm claim from August 2024. They submitted an incomplete estimate to my insurance company, leaving out drip cap flashing above windows/doors and siding below broken glass — critical items needed to prevent water damage. As a result, the scope of work was flawed from the start and the siding remains incomplete. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, no proper inspection or final walkthrough was ever done. Dedicated replaced my roofing and did a great job. They were efficient and professional. The price is reasonable and provided quality work. Cleanup was also great and thorough.
We highly recommend this company. They were prompt, kind, did a great job and were reasonably priced!
