After emails and calls, no answer from customer service. How are residents supposed to pay HOA?
Dedicated Property Service provides no customer service. No one answers a phone call or returns a voice message. Emails are unanswered and attempts to access their HOA fee portal are unsuccessful since they have not allowed me access to the App after 5 attempts. I have been trying to pay my HOA fees having just moved into a property managed by this company and have been unable to contact them for 2 months. Good luck if you have this company managing your property. I could not give them a lower score but would if I could.

Dedicated Property Service is a very professional and personable company. They provide a great service for all landlords. One unit or 100 units, you can rest easy knowing your rental properties are being taken care. Highly recommend!
