Dedicated Property Service is unresponsive to calls and emails for over 5 years. The last time Steven Walkczak (President) of Dedicated Property Service facilitated an HOA meeting for my townhome community was year 2020. Not a single response was received concerning the issues with the pond, driveway asphalt, exterior front stairs rusting, mulch and exterior fix for wooden pillar by front door and issue with logging into Dedicated Property Service HOA portal so that I can revise auto payment. After emails and calls, no answer from customer service. How are residents supposed to pay HOA?
Dedicated Property Service provides no customer service. No one answers a phone call or returns a voice message. Emails are unanswered and attempts to access their HOA fee portal are unsuccessful since they have not allowed me access to the App after 5 attempts. I have been trying to pay my HOA fees having just moved into a property managed by this company and have been unable to contact them for 2 months. Good luck if you have this company managing your property. I could not give them a lower score but would if I could.
