great staff, reliable, I'm glad I made the switch
I have worked with Adi and her team since 2003. I have recommended their service to many of my client physicians just starting out and those in established practices. If I ever have a problem or concern, she handles it. Once I got a strange message while I was in Ukraine that my bank account had been hacked. I called Adi and she calmed me down and handled it for me since I was 8 time zones away and focused on my keynote presentation. They do wayyyyyy more than just answer the phone.
