I ordered parts recently, and the shipping address was incorrectly transposed into the package. The carrier had to return the parts to the sender. I was notified by the manager of Dedicated Marine, who took ownership of the mistake with no excuses. She offered a sincere apology and quickly sent the parts to the correct address with expedited shipping. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you to Nicole L.
