Aaron did a great job with our home inspection earlier this year. I felt he was extremely thorough and put together a nice report at the end. He was prompt to reply to messages, and he completed the report one day after the inspection. He also came back for a follow up inspection after the seller completed some repairs. I would definitely recommend him!
Aaron was our home inspector 6 years ago (referred to us by our realtor), and we were so impressed that we have used him every since for all repairs and remodeling projects to our home. His attention to detail is impeccable. He's very trustworthy and fair. He has done everything, from staining our deck, to completely remodeling our kitchen! I feel confident referring him to friends.
Aaron was great! He arrived early and was ready to start as soon as we arrived. Throughout the inspection, he would point of issues to us and explain them in detail. He was more than willing to answer any questions we had about the inspection. In addition to explaining the problems, he would give many suggestions on how to fix it. If the seller completes our repair list, I plan to contract with Aaron to do an additional inspection.
