I had my vinyl floor installed 2 years ago. About a year and a half after the installation the floor started to buckle at the seams and became bumpy. A person came out and said yes it’s defective and can be replaced. Fast forward 6 months later, nothing has been done and they don’t answer the phones or return voicemails. I am a general contractor and will never refer this company to any customer.
