I would not recommend this place in the slightest. I called over five times to get a medicine approved that they told me they would order for me. Finally went to pick it up at the pharmacy after a month and it was over 200 dollars. I called for a replacement that would be cheaper. Still to this day have not received anything. I took my dad there. He needed a full body scan in order to get surgery on his head. They pressured him into getting some stuff removed from his head that he did not need. I felt like the lady at the reception desk was very nice. The doctor and whoever Was helping her were not listening to what we had to say and I will not be bringing my dad back there again from what I’ve heard then they charge you more money. It’s ridiculous.
I was happy with the thoroughness and accuracy of my skin screening by Loanna Nguyen, FNP. But my second followup visit was denied because of a new corporate policy requiring a credit card on file for possible future payments, which I would not authorize because it is essentially a signed blank check. I assume they don't not like the problems of getting people to pay and pay quickly, but I don't like problems of incorrect charges and erroneous insurance filings either. Horrible front desk assistance. Red flags underhanded the whole credit card thing is a scam. I got built twice today for the same thing. I shouldn't have had to pay a copay to come back to get checked out from a procedure, but I did it. I'll write it off. So it was taken out of my checkered account, and we just got an email that's taking It off of my credit card as well. Fraudulent, they will be investigated. I will never go there again.
