I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both the receptionist and the assistant. Both were friendly and courteous. New patient visit in Lehighton with Loanna Nguyan. Did not have to wait months or even weeks to get an appt. Clinicians were thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Treated in the office, everything was on time, no waiting. No issues with insurance. All staff were welcoming, friendly and professional.
I would not recommend this place in the slightest. I called over five times to get a medicine approved that they told me they would order for me. Finally went to pick it up at the pharmacy after a month and it was over 200 dollars. I called for a replacement that would be cheaper. Still to this day have not received anything.
