I placed an order last week and have not received any shipping information. I’ve called many times and got an answer once stating it had been shipped and my tracking number would be available shortly. No tracking number no shipping information and there are no orders on my account via their website. I’m starting to think I have been ripped off. Also the email address is not valid.

I ordered a part but it wasn't as described. I opened a return in September and it's still pending now in November. I have sent multiple emails with no response, called multiple times with no answer (during business hours) and sent a Facebook message. They read the message on Facebook but never replied back! I will not be doing business with them again!
