Avoid Dedicated Audio at all costs – Dishonest Service. I have been a loyal Thorens customer for 30 years, but my experience with Dan at Dedicated Audio was an absolute nightmare. I purchased a high end Thorens turn table from Dedicated Audio. When it arrived the cantilever was bent and the head shell was cocked to one side. I called them immediately and the owner's son told me to adjust the head shell with my wife's makeup mirror and said that the bent cantilever would, "probably be ok."! This was a $4,500 Umami Red cartridge. I have copied my review from Yelp, because I just wrote it and my opinion hasn’t changed in the past hour. This is the kind of business I want to support. I was at Dedicated Audio and spent some time with Dan and his family. I have gone to audio stores since college and I'm .... much older now and this is the best buying experience I have ever had.
