I’ve been coming to Dedham medical for almost 30 years and never have had an issue like I did today with the incompetent front desk staff. First they asked for my insurance then said they couldn’t find it and so my infant couldn’t be seen without a $300 deposit. when I asked for them to add the insurance they didn’t have they claimed they couldn’t do it. Why ask for it and require a deposit if there’s nothing you can do with it anyways?? Not happy with my experience today.

Yesterday May23/19 I had an appointment with the cardiologist. I was having skipping of my heart. I always have skipping, but this was different. All he did was sit at the computer and talk about my test results from twelve years ago and from Norwood hospital. He said everything was fine. He said I didn't need anything more. I was hoping for an Echo or a monitor. He never checked me and said it was heartburn. Before I left he listened to my lungs through my coat. He then said I will see you back in twelve years. they take care of your children
My son had to see the on call pediatrician because he was running high fevers for a couple days turns out he had strep throat. His regular pediatrician never called us to follow up and see how my son was doing. Unprofessional and rude. My sons old doctor always called
Sent phone message telling us to come back in 1 hour. When we came back. They said they called us an hour ago said we had to bottom of list Terrible attitude. Said this was run by Beth Israel
