Great to see that Dedham Consultation Center is so active in responding to its Google reviews! However, they are much less active when it comes to making sure that your prescription is refilled in a timely matter: I personally have had to contact the office three times in the last four months to get a prescription filled. If you want some practice in self-advocacy, this is the place for you! If you're more interested in getting necessary prescriptions filled in a timely fashion, start looking elsewhere. (I am!)
Dedham Consultation Center is a great business to go to. They are always so nice, respectful, flexible, and caring. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and I couldn’t have asked for better people to get help from. Shout out to Misty, Hannah, and Doctor Vaccaro for always putting 100% into helping people who are in need. Thank you guys for everything.
I actually should give 2 separate reviews. I have been with this business for quite some time now and up until recently, have had no issues. I am happy with Charlotte - however, the office/billing end is what I’ve been hired to do in the past, fix it! I had a balance but never received invoice/statement. I was under the impression this no longer had copays so I didn’t think of it. Suddenly, I’m told my scripts couldn’t be sent in. Now that is scary! Why is it suddenly an emergency? They don't care about the patients. They only want the money, nothing but a cash grab. Would 100% not recommend if you actually care about your mental health.
