I have been a tenant with Pure Property Management, formerly Baker and Associates, for over 12 years, and have been ever so pleased with their services. Repairs are made quickly by kind and efficient maintenance staff, and whenever I call the office for any reason, someone responds within the day and usually within the hour. The owner of this property should be very happy to have a property management company such as this working for them.
Marthy called me after days of trying to get ahold of someone. She was very helpful and promised I would be notified as soon as the property I’m interested in is available to view.
I’m giving 5 star to Pure Property Management for the exceptional service especially with Katie Rose O'Brien who had been very helpful every step of the way. She has been very prompt, attention to details, responsive anytime I communicate with her. She gives updates on issues that are affecting my rental property.
