Very professional and polite
Marthy was so helpful in getting me in to see the duplex on Zinfandel. She was polite and patient. The house itself is an older unit which has been repainted on the inside and has clean floors and closets. The back door out to the yard is beautiful. The roof of the house and the Landscaping needs some TLC there appears to be some wood rot that needs to be attended to on the exterior of the home and lots and lots of leaves up on the roof.
