PURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - CAUTION! If you are considering using Pure Property Mgmt. for your rental property, you may have a very poor experience like mine: billing and accounting errors, poor and late communication, suspicious charges, frequent rental manager turnover. Ops manager Ariel is very good, but the rental managers must be buried juggling hundreds of properties each. Wasn't an issue before Pure bought out Dedes Rentals. I've been with Pure Property Management now for 3 years and it's been a pleasure working with them. They have always taken care of any maintenance requests in a timely manner. I also just got approved for a new house, shout out to Al Joaquino for making the process easy and really fast!
