I have never met a more caring group of providers. So thorough. They actually listen to their patients. I work in the healthcare field and I can truly say this is sadly a rare find. I’m so thankful to be a patient here!

Super, super disappointed. I scheduled on 12/27 to have an appointment on 01/30, with my insurance information to confirm they can see me as a patient. I received a message back stating they do take my insurance, but to call and confirm with my own insurance, which is always the smart thing to do. I called and confirmed with my insurance this clinic was in-network. On 01/28, I was called at 9:33am, and left a voicemail saying I need to call back to make sure they take my insurance. A co-worker recommended this office to me and I am so very glad I listened. I requested an appointment and was able to be since within two weeks as a new patient. When I went to the office I met with Dr. Lauren Dedea. It was the first time that a doctor took the time to really LISTEN to me about what I felt was going on, she listened and she validated what I had to say and said, well let's look into it and scheduled me for bloodwork. Came from Buffalo to find my aunt a new primary cause her husband just died and her provider retired found Dr Lauren Dedea the office was quick easy very ADA compliant and understanding immediately my aunt told me she liked her she is kind and informative. My first visit with the office of Dedea, MD family medicine, went great. I have been having some medical issues and needed to get a primary care physician / family practice to follow me. I called for an appointment and was able to get in pretty quickly. I was greeted by the front desk staff who were super nice and easy going.
