By far the best Staffing Service in the Inland Empire. Their staff is absolutely amazing, all of them are wonderful people who actually care about the employees and placing them in jobs that fit well. I would highly recommend Decton Staffing if you are looking for a job. My last two assignments have been permanent placed positions over the last 5 years that both were long term jobs which one of I am still currently working for.
They employ a "Mayez Hamed" who yesterday posted assassination threats against the POTUS. They have been notified of the situation and sent proof. Bad for business!
Silva from the Arlington CA, decton is the best. I have never met someone who is so on top of her game on helping you out. She always helping me find a job that best suites me. I really recommend her.
Norco office is awful. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I tried calling coporate to get an issue resolved, ended up talking to Riverside office. They told me I need to call Norco office to which I stated I'd rather not because of how rude they are. I tried getting a corporate number off him but basically tried to talk me out of calling corporate and contacting norco. I had a great experience through Decton Staffing. They were able to put me to work in less then a week from signing up with them.
They altered my resume without my permission before they sent it to a job and in doing so created typos on it, they lied to me about it, they misrepresented me to a potential employer, and set me up for an interview where the interviewers already think I can't proofread my resume -- so likely wouldn't hire me to be their paralegal. When I called them out on it and said I wouldn't be dealing with them after this interview, they cancelled the interview, saying my personality is too strong. Honestly.
