I am secondary owner of a home that has a DECRA roof. Previous owner failed to transfer warranty and DECRA won't honor a 50 year warranty because it wasn't transferred within 30 days after sale. Mind you it has been less than 20 years of a 50 year warranty. Some warranty! Seems appropriate that they are on RailRoad street!
