Rude representatives especially Sophia who answers the phones there. She hangs up on you mid sentence when conversing with her. Complained to the general manager who seemed annoyed that I complained to him directly. If this is a preview of what’s to come I’d stay away from this dealership. They obviously place no value on a customer here. Best advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Great experience overall. The entire process was smooth and simple from start to finish, and everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They made everything straightforward and stress-free.
Rude salesman and dishonest .
Extremely disappointed with the service department. I stopped in for a simple oil change and was met with a terrible attitude. The advisor told me it would be $150. When I mentioned that other local dealers charge $80 plus tax, he didn't even try to explain the price difference. He just snapped, 'You want it yes or not? Bye.' Rude and unprofessional. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere."
