I had such a concerning experience at this dealership. Unethical is an understatement. All the way from the CEO, Michael Cerino to sales staff. We should have known though- they have the worst reviews in all NY and NJ. ** From the beginning, John Bowler was dismissive- telling my husband he would need to put down a $1,000 deposit just to test drive the vehicle and do credit run so they could "give me the numbers." Poor communication in the service department. Had a service scheduled. Got there and was told I had to leave my vehicle because it would take at least 2.5 hours for an oil change. A tech had gone home sick earlier in the day. A simple phone call would have avoided the situation. Left without the vehicle service. Will have to reschedule, probably with a different dealership.

Absolutely rude service department. My mother's 2025 Pacifica parking brake froze the car wheels are locked she traveled from NY to visit. Panicking she called this local dealership explaining that the cars parking brake is stuck and how she just traveled from NY. They told her tow the car to NY good luck and hung up abruptly. Best part. Called Chrysler road side assistance and gave us this loction to tow the car to...

I bought a 2022 Jeep Compass from DeCozen of Verona had it for 4-5 days went to the car wash and found that 3 out of 4 tires had tears on the side walls, called DeCozen in Verona to schedule an appointment to have them checked, I also paid for the extended warranty until 2031 which was supposed to be covered from bumper to bumper.Tony from service called me and told me I needed 4 new tires, I said ok that’s what I figured,then he told me that I had to pay over $1,000 for the tires! Dealership tries to push you to spend money on service to the point of even arguing with you. Which I don't know if they think that will change your mind. Technicians don't know what they are doing. Avoid this dealership. Second experience with the dealerships sales and servicing department and with times were awful.
