I like attention to detail, and I found that to be the case in every aspect of my purchase of the DecoTeak shower bench. From the care in the packaging of the bench to their follow up in an email exchange over a couple of questions, I couldn't have asked for better. Their product is top notch, and the company's customer friendly approach deserves the highest rating.

Tried to assemble the 18” mid century modern bench for my daughter who’s getting knee surgery. Fit wasn’t great on the parts and one of the screws (same one every time) kept falling out, which means it wasn’t predrilled properly. My daughter also tried and couldn’t get it to work. I’m not sure it would have held her weight anyway (she’s only about 120 pounds.) The owner said the benches are hand made, so of course there are going to be some issues. She did not seem concerned about finding a resolution. Would not recommend it... read more
