Decorative Hardscapes was an absolute delight to work with from beginning to end! Dan in particular is a true professional!! He squeezed me in at the last minute, and gave an honest and fair quote for our project.
Dan is a very knowledgable person and all around good guy. He offered great ideas for the project and had a 'can do' attitude. However we had problems when he subcontracted the work to others. Thus I ended up having several problems that I had to live with because it was done in concrete. I own some of the blame as I should have micro-managed the project to ensure I got what I wanted. Dan provided a very good experience. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted and weren't really sure how to make it a reality. Dan was very patient and walked us through all of our options so that we found one that fit our expectations and our budget. The whole process was very fast and the team was professional and did great work. Very pleased with the results or our stamped patio and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a low pressure experience with great results.
Job was contracted out; not to our knowledge. This was not completed on a timely manner, was not completed as quoted or promised. And work had to be redone due to scratches in stamped concrete. At one point contractor stopped returning calls and had to track down. This was not a good or pleasant experience and even know have regrets picking them after work completed. Beware if they contract out work as I am not happy with how this project went.
