After receiving my review, the owner reached out and offered to send us another roll of film to put on our windows to try and deter the Sandhill crane who is now known as George. George is now protecting his wife and eggs even more aggressively. Im really hoping the new film works as I would love to keep my windows. Bought this as a bird deterrent for aggressive birds attacking windows, but it's highly reflective—the dots don't break reflections at all, and birds still see/threaten themselves aggressively. Product didn't work as expected or described.Company policy: NO refunds or returns, even if ineffective. Orders are pricey (lots of film needed for full coverage).Buyer beware: Order a sample first! Wish I'd known. Won't recommend."
Do not order from them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Insisted it was my fault the order came different size than ordered. After attempting to belittle me, finally stated that I could simply return for a refund. They could have offered that when I asked the first email instead of several emails and a phone call. Not good people representing this company. Cannot recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their customer service is practically nonexistent — you’re forced to communicate with a chatbot, and then you eventually receive a response via email. It feels impersonal and frustrating when you can’t speak to a real person. The shipping prices are a total money grab and extremely overpriced.
