Very Talented and Easy to work with Carol Stearns is a very talented designer who listens to your concerns and works with what you have. I didn't think I could afford a designer, but Carol has access to so many suppliers, she easily found fabrics that I loved that were within my budget. To say the least, I am delighted with the work she did for us in our living room!
