I visited Décortifs in Melbourne, FL, back in December to find some last-minute wedding items—a set of vow books and a cake server—for my sister’s wedding. Charlotte is so talented. If you have not purchased her annual calendar, I highly recommend. It is by far one of the most beautiful you can find. It contains her artwork with is exquisite. Everything in her store is by far the best in Melbourne.
Being in a retail business in the Tampa area I recognize the importance of customer service in keeping a business thriving. After walking into Decoratifs, for the second time in a year, I found it lacking. Both times I came into the store I felt like I was not welcomed. The first time I was told not to touch an invitation that was displayed on a table. How was I to know? Charlotte is so talented and does amazing work! I 100% recommend working with her! She helped create our wedding invitations and they came out more amazing than I ever dreamed of! Everyone has complimented them! She is a very talented artist and has a great personality! I will have her help us create any party event items from now on. :)
