Rude woman behind the counter. Our appointment was scheduled incorrectly. Had scheduled a loaner and for our vehicle to be fixed. They scheduled a 1 hour appointment for diagnostics that had previously been done. The man that helped me was nice enough and was able to get me a loaner for my hour appointment. When I went to return it the woman behind the counter was now friendly. I'm guessing nothing was done with our vehicle because I did not receive a bill. I needed a new truck for my business and Decorah Ford absolutely delivered. Martin was incredibly receptive to my needs and answered all of my questions in a knowledgable and professional manner. The whole process was incredibly efficient. The finance manager Wayne was also great, he walked me through everything I needed and made the financing process quick and painless. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Decorah Ford! They will be the only people I ever buy from in the future!
