The woman in the model home of Decora Park North in New Haven is very rude and a very low quality person. Not responsive at all when I asked her some questions in the office and then ignored me. Also she hung up the phone unilaterally several times when I called her. I do not understand why Lombardo put that kind of low level person in the office where customer service mind is highly required.
