I have nothing but praise for Decor Floors. I experienced a flood in my condo which required the removal of all of my hardwood flooring. I submitted an insurance claim and used the contractor/restoration company recommended by the insurance company. I want to give a shout out to Deep at Decor Flooring, and her hard working colleague Wade, who installed replacement carpet for us a couple of days ago. Deep spent many hours working on our behalf to liaise and negotiate with TD Insurance on our behalf to make sure we got the replacement product we wanted. I got quite used to after-hours phone calls during this drawn out process when Deep would her personal time to keep us in the loop. The team at Decor was very easy to deal with. They were responsive, they came to my home as scheduled and finished the job laying down new vinyl tile flooring, which looks great. Cleaned up afterwards, no mess left behind. Highly recommended!
