Made an appointment at 11 weeks ago to get my sons balloons blown up for their birthday party at 12. Arrive and no one is there, I call no one available to come blow them up. End up at Martin’s paying $70 to get balloons blown up and late for the party. I will NEVER use them again!!!!! So upset!!!!! I missed their big surprise arriving thanks to their lack of professionalism!!!!
My son just turned 2 and we got balloons from here two years in a row to celebrate his birthday. We have been very impressed with the quality and attention to detail each time - you can tell he really loves his job and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Thank you for making my son’s 2nd birthday extra special this year!
