I purchased a house from a builder who used this company for the front door lock. Upon closing the key never worked and we didn’t receive a code. We reached out to them to come and change the lock and it took them a week to come out, which is a long time to not be able to use your front door. Nothing but positive experiences with their service and technicians. I’ve primarily dealt with Decor Door - their garage door division, and will continue to use them as my first call for any issues that come up. They’ve always been quick to respond and provide me with clear answers.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Decor has been extremely disappointing. Back in July, I ordered garage door panels with the windows on the left side. After waiting over five weeks for delivery, the panels arrived with the windows on the wrong side — despite the fact that I had provided clear photos from the very beginning. Since then, communication has been slow and inconsistent. After having an expensive Baldwin lock set on my front door that always had one challenge after another, I was visited by Ryan Collins who is, in my books a magician. Instead of having to buy yet another expensive lock set, Ryan was able to fix everything and make it easy to use my key from the outside of the front door.
