Decor Builders Hardware installed a smart lock that has yet to work correctly. I’ve made multiple calls. They blamed the door. House is newly built. Builders have checked the door. Decor had me to contact the manufacturer of the lock to troubleshoot the lock. Kwikset rep could not even tell me how to get the cover off. I had to figure that out. Then she said it was the door.
