After having an expensive Baldwin lock set on my front door that always had one challenge after another, I was visited by Ryan Collins who is, in my books a magician. Instead of having to buy yet another expensive lock set, Ryan was able to fix everything and make it easy to use my key from the outside of the front door. Decor Builders Hardware installed a smart lock that has yet to work correctly. I’ve made multiple calls. They blamed the door. House is newly built. Builders have checked the door. Decor had me to contact the manufacturer of the lock to troubleshoot the lock. Kwikset rep could not even tell me how to get the cover off. I had to figure that out. Then she said it was the door.
