Unique Design ideas compared to comparable retailers in the area, their work stands out compared to others. Surprisingly good cup of tea as well.
Long story short, they redid our downstairs in 2023. Everything looked nice, but the floors weren't leveled and tiles were popping in some areas. They came out and "fixed" the floors about 6 months later. Then the problems got worse, and we contacted them again in August 2024. Over a span of about 9 months (4 months of that time was them blowing us off) they came out and "fixed" the floors multiple times. But it has never been fixed.
