DO NOT STAY AT THIS COMPANIES RENTALS. THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU AND SAY YOU LEFT THINGS DIRTY, WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID A CLEANING FEE. A PIECE OF WALL FELL ON ME, WHILE GOING INTO THE CLOSET IN THE BEDROOM, I HAD A BUSTED LIP. NO ONE CAME TO FIX ANYTHING, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE WALL COMING OFF, I HAVE PICTURES OF MY BRUISED LIP, AND LIPSTICK ON IT FROM IT FALLING ON MY MOUTH.THIS WALL COULD HAVE FELL ON ONE OF MY GRANDCHILDREN!!!!! Upon arrival to any rental I always look through the house to make sure everything is as stated or to make sure I have a list directly with the company to make sure I'm not charged for any issues that were already occurring. Long story short, nothing was done to fix our issues. We were told that someone would be out after having sent four emails and leaving two phone messages with the company. I would give 0 stars if I could! I reserved through Airbnb. Deconova canceled my reservation without communicating anything to me. They relisted the Airbnb and opened the same dates while increasing the fee $300 extra per night. After I asked about it being cancelled, they blamed Airbnb. Two different Airbnb representatives told me that they received a cancellation request from Deconova.
