No on at reception never there I’ve waited 30 min worst service in history. Folks don’t go that hotel
This was hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. We booked the Family Studio Suite through Expedia (suitable for 6 people). There was black mold everywhere, and you could clearly see they had just painted over severe water damage. The ceiling was literally sinking in from it. The room smelled damp and moldy the entire time, and there were even spores growing in the lock box. To make things worse, there were bugs flying around in the room and crawling on the beds. The rooms were clean, service was great. They do have a mini kitchen downstairs with a microwave to heat up your food (if you wish) and water was complimentary too. We found the location to be ideal for roaming around . Its a 10 min walk to the Playa beach and there are a couple of good food places nearby to dine in. And the price per night was very decent.
