Terrible. Rooms were disgusting. The hotel issued me a refund and then it was never put back on my card. Can’t get ahold of anyone at the hotel. Do NOT stay here.
Cheapest hotel in south beach on spring break. Wifi did not work TV did not work Air Conditioner/heater did not work Their computer system froze up and they could not make us keys and was locked out of room for 1 hour while they fought, trying to get the system back up. Could not even unlock my door manually with a master key. Warm water, but not hot water.
