Did a short term lease at DECO and have no complaints. Maintenance was always quick and front desk is very responsive. Great location and amenities as well.
Love the Deco - steps from great restaurants, conveniently located close to my work near the capital. The indoor space is well kept and great communication from the property management team.
Jessica was so helpful! I was able to pick an apartment, sign a lease, and move in all within days! She answered all of my questions and made me feel seen. I appreciate her and the building is active: yet quiet. Love it!
Don't Be Fooled By The Entryway! There's no parking and the deck is full. The apartments are extremely small. The HVAC is too out dated. It's Hot in the summer and it shuts down completely during cold days. I had no heat for either of the snow storms '24 & '25 was given no heat, and no reimbursement for temporary housing during the blizzards because "I wasn't the only one without heat". Packages are stolen out of the mail room monthly, the gym is filthy, the studio has been closed for weeks because someone stole the projecto... read more
