Jessica was so helpful! I was able to pick an apartment, sign a lease, and move in all within days! She answered all of my questions and made me feel seen. I appreciate her and the building is active: yet quiet. Love it!
Don't Be Fooled By The Entryway! There's no parking and the deck is full. The apartments are extremely small. The HVAC is too out dated. It's Hot in the summer and it shuts down completely during cold days. I had no heat for either of the snow storms '24 & '25 was given no heat, and no reimbursement for temporary housing during the blizzards because "I wasn't the only one without heat". Packages are stolen out of the mail room monthly, the gym is filthy, the studio has been closed for weeks because someone stole the projecto... read more
Needs a manager that cares about security , is honest and actually works. So many complaints have been ignored. No keyfobs on the elevators . Requested due to security issues. Manager takes offense to complaints. For 2 years she would come to work around 11a and leave at 2p. She was more concerned with bringing her animals to work and keeping them in the office than keeping residents safe. She is a poor choice to manage this lovely historical facility that has so much potential.

I lived at the Deco for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it! We were on the 14th floor and could see downtown sitting on our couch, and were lucky enough to see fireworks in our living room! The complex is beautiful and are tons of amenities to utilize. Jessica in the office is who helped us and was always so helpful and welcoming and the leasing consultant was always so positive and knowledgeable. We sadly had to leave due to renting a house with a little more space, but anyone looking to live there I would encourage to do so... read more
