I came here in July of 2023 to get my masters at VCU Medical. This has been an incredible experience. Deco is smack dab in the centre of everything. I parked my vehicle in the garage and took my bike everywhere. It's conveniently located. Every month we were surrounded by some kind of activity. We are a 3 minute walk to the convention centre where there were dozens of events. Once day I woke up to see thousands of joggers in a marathon. DON’T live here!!!!! The a/c and heat work about 75% of the time and they don’t care!!!!
Did a short term lease at DECO and have no complaints. Maintenance was always quick and front desk is very responsive. Great location and amenities as well.
Love the Deco - steps from great restaurants, conveniently located close to my work near the capital. The indoor space is well kept and great communication from the property management team.
