I've really enjoyed my experience after living at Alister Deco for almost a year. The location is extremely close in proximity to the highway and to Boston. The community is welcoming and all the amenities make it an excellent living experience overall. I would highly recommend living here.
I had an issue with my shower water temperature fluctuating from hot to cold on its own, maintenance was able to figure out the part that needed to be replaced and resolved the issue very quickly. Very satisfied with the service and solution!
Very nice modern apartment building with great amenities conveniently located by the Quincy-Adams MBTA stop. Both my kids live here and it is very secure. Only downside is very little guest parking but there is a MBTA lot across the street. Convenient loading dock for moving in.
Overall, our stay at Deco was enjoyable. It is in a convenient location, right across the train station and close to 93. Despite the proximity to the train and highway, we don't notice the noise at all. Tenants are friendly and is a younger crowd. The management team regularly organized events for the tenants. The gym was well equipped and never felt too crowded. It also features a yoga/dance studio room which was a nice addition. Although the pool was small, it was still a nice feature to have.
