Florin Parkside, what a disgrace..... non Union site & non trade qualified workers on visas doing trade work. You've got some balls offering this rubbish to the public. What a mess, hundreds of defects. This is what happens when you try to do something on the cheap, it's now come back to bite you on the arse. The supervisors lost control of the site & allowed the dodgy work, they should be sacked.... The architects didn't have a clue.... So unhappy with the length of time it is taking to complete the Florin Project in Jolimont. Due for practical completion April 2024, still going with a skeleton work force September 2024. Do they realise the impact of this on people's lives? Why is this happening? To top it off PC was granted and the certificate of completion issued by the city of Cambridge and you refused to allow us to settle got all heavy handed locked the site up and had a security guard. This builder is a disgrace! Never for once stick to their self imposed deadline. The project has been dragged on for over 10 months thanks to this group of genius. On the very next day of Practical Completion, they refused to hand over the site to demand more money. Where the hell are you during the last 2 years?! Decmil you are well aware of your action and its impact on people's lives and you choose to go down this path.
