I have never been spoken to so rudely by a service company! The lack of communication and terrible customer service are huge red flags. Thank goodness we had not yet given them any money. We will find another tree service to give our business to.
I was very impressed by everything this company did for me today. The storm last night downed my 3rd tree in less than a week. From the quick response from their office to the owner coming within a few hours this morning. Then the son Mike and his crew watching them work as a team being efficient on top of the "nothing left behind" details at the end of the job. I am a business owner.
