The one star is only for the friendly ladies answering the phone. Three emails were sent out to JohnC for Title docs from our lender and there was no response. I’ve been having to call them every hour to get what’s needed but of course business as usual and it has to be put off til he gets time to look into it. Would NOT recommend, contract signed 6/23 no docs as of 7/18 his assistant had to send paperwork bless her heart some of them were incorrect. Highly disappointed!! Worst title company I have ever been to. Bad communication and the EA doesn’t know how to do her job which made us have to push the closing date further back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Worst title company in Houston, I had a EA named Stacey who consistently kept pushing back my closing date due to her not knowing how to do her job. It took me 3 extra weeks to close from my original closing date and had the most stress of my life dealing with the documents because she didn’t know how to review or sort out everything I highly recommend to stay away from this title company.
