Called around 1pm on a Friday because my kitchen sink was completely clogged, water wasn't draining at all. Plumber was professional and He identified an trouble from the last visit and proactively offered to repair it at no charge. That respectful of honesty is rare these days but greatly appreciated. Worked and was very clean.
