Craig is possibly one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with.
We are completely satisfied with the work that was done in building and repairing our deck. The corrections that were made, make up for the errors that occurred. After learning of how this project was handled on the back end, I can admit that Deck Source stepped up to the plate to resolve another companies errors. We are grateful for Collin and his crew! Thank you for paying attention to details, for allowing us to vent and then returning to correct the issues!! We now feel safe with venturing onto our outdoor living space.
DeckSource built a fabulous deck for us, with stairs and a landing into the backyard, and a beautiful fence, early in 2020. Months after they finished the job, I still marvel at the amazing quality and workmanship! Their installers were true craftsmen, and they were completely responsive to all of our concerns (and changes!), and were so easy to work with.
