So happy with the service and products we received! The customer service reminded me of another time long ago where I really felt I was being heard, respected and appreciated!
While no service was rendered, I do want to comment on Bob's helpfulness. He explained that they do not take care of my particular deck, a balcony deck, but referred me to someone who does. I've had a hard time finding someone to take a look at the deck and many people have said "sorry, we don't do that type of work." It just seems rare to find someone who will try their best to help you, even when the task is not in their wheelhouse.

Had a great experience with Bob and Decks and Things. We needed some balcony/patio posts repaired because of rot at the bottom. They repaired and wrapped the posted in 2x to make them look more high end/beefy. Bob got us in earlier than expected, and was quick, efficient and cleaned up nicely. The posts still look great after 6 months. Would recommend.
The folks at Decks and Things just demolished my old deck and built a new and slightly larger one. The new deck is elevated and is about 12 x 24. They did and outstanding job from beginning to end and were a joy to work with. They consistently exceeded my expectations on all aspects of the job. I would recommend them without reservation!!
