Dean Collins spoke to me for over an hour to educate on the way to properly construct a deck, how to vet contractors, and possible paths to correctly resolving my current situation with an improperly constructed deck. This is a significant time investment and much appreciated.

We spoke with Dean, the owner, at length about an issue we are having with our deck (installed by a different contractor). He gave us extremely helpful and detailed advice on getting our prior contractor to take on the repairs, even though that meant we wouldn’t need to use his company for our job. It’s rare to come across people who are that honest and helpful, especially in the construction business.
