We are thrilled with our replacement deck! Bob's team is amazing. The quality of their work is excellent. They are very professional and communicated every step of the process. The build went quickly and it is beautiful! We are excited to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners on our new deck as well evenings around the fire pit.Thank you all for your hard work and professionalism.
In the past 6 years we have rebuilt our house inside and out. With each part of the build we have learned to take the time to interview our vendors to ensure that they understood our expectation for quality and communications. Bob was great to work with for our deck replacement, as was his painter Joel who did the deck staining for us. Both were very responsive and professional. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommended.
Of all the companies I spoke with, Bob Means was to only person that came out with knowledge that could actually build/replace my deck. All the others were sales people wanting to show a powerpoint and took like two measurements. Some of those companies would not come out unless my wife was present for the "presentation" let alone provide a quote. Bob's crew did a great quality job over three days. We are so happy with the work that Bob and his team did. They tore down and rebuilt our deck in five days flat, and they did a beautiful job. Everyone was dependable and timely, and the workers were very friendly and responded well to feedback. Communication was great and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!
