Was originally happy with the work. Price was above market value (but our fault for agreeing to it). When we had issues with our patio sinking around the edges, they promised to come fix it time after time, after time, but never did. I would rather they had told by me to go pound sand, the first time I called.
Contract was signed in June with work to begin in August on a two level deck with dry living space and patio and screened area (118k). After speaking with Jon he stated that if we paid in full he would offer an incentive for a "grill station," which we negotiated for an outdoor kitchen, but we would provide the appliances and counter tops. I'm only giving them one start because the option for ZERO is not available. I contracted this company in May to have my deck done. We were working with another company but the owner came to our house and told us that we would have our deck finished by early June. As per their contract we gave them a check for 60% of the total cost. My first clue that they were shady should have been when the very first thing the next morning my check was cashed.
