Been here 6 yrs safe and quiet also clean . Current management is very responsive and although rent currently went up we have been below market value for a while . I have zero complaints. Snow season is a lil inconvenient but they have a great snow removal team and as long as you move for plows while they are removing snow it isn’t to bad . Most complexed snow removal is just the driving path . Deckner clears whole lot
Been living here 6mo. and am impressed with the whole experience, upon moving in my apt. did have a few minor issues that were immediately addressed by management. I have been reading some not very nice reviews today 1/13/26 and I have to say it has been MY experience that everything and, or everyone I have encountered has been a positive experience. Keep up the good work guys (and gals). DOUGIE
