Been living here 6mo. and am impressed with the whole experience, upon moving in my apt. did have a few minor issues that were immediately addressed by management. I have been reading some not very nice reviews today 1/13/26 and I have to say it has been MY experience that everything and, or everyone I have encountered has been a positive experience. I live here. Its the only complex that would give me a chance.
Unfortunately, I had to rewrite my review because there wasn’t enough room for all of the issues to fit. This has been the absolute worst experience of living I have ever encountered in Green Bay and I absolutely do not recommend renting from Deckner manor or any “coach light community rentals”. I lived here for 3 years and my last 1-2 years was awful when management changed to who it is currently.
