Would rate lower than 1 star if I could. They will ticket you for parking in your own spot, among many other petty things. Talk down to tenants. I’d rather stay in a shelter than ever rent from them.
DO NOT RENT HERE Vikki and Gayle are the absolute worst property managers I’ve ever had! Charging 165 for a little sticky residue left on a fridge is insane !! I GOT PARKING TICKETS IN MY OWN SPACE!! They also talk about other tenants and their situations. Un professional as hell!! When asked for anything to get fixed it takes months not days !! My second year of living here with my own personal washer and dryer they decided to send me a 5 day notice to get rid of them or I needed to move out. I asked why and they said cause... read more
