This guy must have all the business he wants or needs. No return calls/texts for quote. Great business model.
He came out the 1st time to see about installing a railing and said he would figure out a quote, I have called a couple of times since and still not got a quote, and their business is just across the street from our neighborhood, so we are close by, I just don't get it! When I called him the 1st time about the quote and him doing the job, he said oh I forgot the 1st time but won't forget a second time! We called again so I finally gave up!
It is been at least 15 if not 18 years since I had my deck built by Ralph Ford. My deck is still in amazing condition. The Vertical support boards Are still straight. I have had people come out to clean my deck And they are amazed when I tell them how old the dock is that none of those boards have warped or twisted in any wa The delay in posting or is that I was going through a Box of old paperwork and found his receipt. Since he did a wonderful job I thought it would be worth a review after so many years.
Ralph Ford and his son, Eric, are awesome. They worked quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and the quality was exceptional. They showed up on time daily and worked hard to complete the deck in a timely manner. They designed a deck that incorporated a wheel chair ramp and made it look aesthetically pleasing. I am happy to endorse them and will use them again in the future. Thanks, guys!
