I love my apartment. The office management staff goes above and beyond to offer the best customer service. Great location, conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers and just a 10 minute drive from Saint Simon's Island. Affordable options, with much nicer furnishings than you'd expect (in the furnished options). The only downside - when I moved very large deduction for cleaning (200) after I had paid for a professional cleaner prior to moving and $80 for carpet cleaning - when the only carpet issues was from ... read more
Would give negative stars if possible. Maintenance if you have the chance, meet them on your own accord. These guys are awesome. Will go above and beyond to make you as happy and as comfortable as possible. Office likes to talk them down, they couldn't be any more out of the park with their opinions if they paid someone to toss them as far left as they could be. Guys work hard and are extremely honest.
