I had a deck project done last June and it was a complete disaster from the beginning. Nothing was right about the whole thing, even the wood had to be sent back and delivered again because it was garbage and full of knots. When they replaced the new footers on one deck the concrete wasn’t set up completely before they removed the equipment holding the deck in place so now I have one DECK separating from the other DECK with a 2 inch gap and it’s not even been a year yet. A relatively small but very important deck repair of a loose railing on a second-story deck. Excellent service by the whole Deck Guru team from start to finish. We are very pleased with the work performed and definitely recommend them.
We really loved our experience from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care for us in addition to the project. Our new deck is beautiful!! Would recommend!!
The team did a great job replacing our aging deck. Though the project ended up being much larger than initially expected, they were able to get the extra materials in the next day and still completed everything on time. I'm very satisfied with the result.
