I had been in a denial of my grief and it became debilitating and after about 4 sessions it is now manageable.
I worked with Paulette through several sessions. Hypnotherapy was a new experience for me. Paulette made it very comfortable. I feel the overall experience was very beneficial.
After years of struggling with overeating and weight control issues (including bariatric surgery) I found myself dealing with the same constant urges to eat and snack.
