This place needs negative 10 stars. The lady that works there is rude and lies to people. She will ask for all information and tells you that you can move around a date then tells you after months of trying to locate her and answer the phone cause she is never there that there isn't an apartment available.
The office lady find the smallest things to complain about
My last review was removed. (NO IDEA WHY🤣) our current manager is doing everything she can to help the residents and people looking to house in decker place apartments but she gets put down by the regional manager (Ellen husky) this manager has been trying to get everything straight with my grandmothers rent although the regional manager is trying to continuously put a 3 day notice of eviction on her door after we provided proof of no delinquency. Management is beyond Trash you can’t never get anything the lady rude and definitely does not need to be in the office dealing with the public she always has a sign on the door saying she is closed nearly everyday from 8-5 !!
If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE 5 STARS, I would. The management company here is terrible. My mother's apartment was recently flooded due to a tenant from upstairs. The management/maintenance have yet to address or fix the situation. My mother is is disabled (paralyzed on her right side of her body). The flooding has occurred TWICE in two weeks through no fault of my mom. Her apartment is still leaking water from the ceiling causing the ceiling to swell and bubble up.
