A friend of mine upgraded their fridge through Decker & Beebe, and I got their hand-me-down. I can't speak to the appliances, but their service was wonderful. The two men who delivered it and took out my old fridge were friendly with me and spoke kindly to each other, and dealt with extra stairs and doors with patience. Thank you!
I bought all of my appliances from the about four years ago. Paid top dollar because I was told the service was superb. My clothes washer is acting up and they haven’t even returned my call. Would have a hard time recommending them.
Do not use. Had a leak in elderly parents toilet. Came out to look at it and measure for new toilet. Installed toilet that was lower than height of existing toilet and would not replace it with a new one. Offer was will charge you for labor and new toilet at cost. Be use of this only option from them is to pay for toilet and labor twice.
We called to make a repair appointment. They said they’d call us back the next day. Two weeks later, no call and then when we called back they were aggressively rude. Good luck
Really disheartened to be writing this. Decker and Beebe used to be wonderful: they delivered small town service and stood behind what they sold. People didn't mind paying higher prices for these reasons. Unfortunately this has changed. If you buy a "lemon" from them or have any issue, expect a service appointment 2-3 months out. They will tell you to contact the manufacturer, it has nothing to do with them. The new service manager has no business working with the public in any capacity, she is rude and condescending.
